These pieces are intended primarily for display. Each shape is designed to highlight the grain pattern and natural coloration unique to each piece of wood. With shapes that take their inspiration from traditional Native American seed pots, "hollow forms", unlike pottery, are practically weightless. They require considerable skill to make, as they are hollowed out from the small aperture at the top.
